Teatre de Sarrià is one of those spaces where the cultural history of a neighbourhood seems to keep breathing behind the scenes. Its origins date back to the late 19th century, when a small group driven by a desire to make theatre began organising modest performances that, almost without intending to, would become a tradition lasting more than a century.
