Teatro Coliseum is one of Barcelona’s great temples of entertainment. With its monumental façade and iconic illuminated sign, it has been part of the city’s cultural and emotional landscape for more than a century. Opened in 1923, the building was born with aspirations of grandeur: it combined film screenings with live shows, offering Barcelonans a modern and cosmopolitan experience for its time.
