Terra i Gust, the Sustainable Food Festival

From 25 to 27 September, Parc de la Ciutadella once again becomes the epicentre of conscious gastronomy with the fifth edition of Terra i Gust, the Sustainable Food Festival. Much more than a culinary festival, it is an invitation to taste, learn and reflect on the way we eat and the impact it has on the planet.

This year, the event grows with showcookings by leading chefs, workshops for all ages, talks, exhibitions and a market of local producers, all with sustainability as its central axis. From waste-saving cooking to responsible fishing, through organic farming and the reduction of food waste, every activity connects tradition, innovation and environmental commitment.

The musical programme adds a special rhythm: open-air concerts will accompany the tastings and samplings, creating a vibrant atmosphere that unites gastronomy and culture. In addition, the culinary offer includes seasonal, organic and local dishes and drinks at popular prices, with the city of Manchester as a special guest and its British touch on the menu.

Terra i Gust thus establishes itself as a complete sensory experience: a place to enjoy, learn and discover how food can be, at once, delicious, healthy and respectful of the environment.
