Crêpes are one of our favourite dishes. They originated in Brittany, in western France, and were a symbolic dish of the La Chandeleur festival. Today they are sold on every street corner in Paris and have become popular all over the world. It is no surprise, as they can be prepared in just a few minutes. There are now many crêpe recipes: sweet, savoury, galettes. But some countries adapt them to their own particularities.
