Gastronomic Verbena at Mercado de Vallehermoso
For one day, the cooks at Mercado de Vallehermoso will collaborate with guest chefs to prepare tapas that can only be tasted during this event.
About this event
Starting at 12:00 on 20 September, Mercado de Vallehermoso will offer a journey through different cuisines. For eight hours, you can sample Japanese, Mexican, Argentinian, Galician, Italian, and Southeast Asian dishes, as well as noodle dishes, fermented products, and Peruvian-Asian fusion creations.
For this event, each establishment will prepare two tapas. One will be their own creation and the other will result from collaboration with a guest chef. MYO will create a dish with Tripea, Muyummy will collaborate with Batch y Krudo, and Krudo will prepare a tapa together with Madrid Secreto. Each dish will cost 5 or 7 euros. The special menu will only be available during the event and while supplies last.
The programme is not limited to food. Throughout the day there will be live music, raffles, a gastronomic bingo, and a tapas competition.
Advance tickets cost 11 euros and include a drink and a tapa valued at 5 euros. On the day of the event, the price will be 12 euros.
