«Ultimate Sevens Madrid» Tournament

Estadio Municipal Butarque will host the first edition of Ultimate Sevens, a new rugby tournament that will bring together six clubs, 12 teams and more than 100 top-level players in Madrid. The competition will take place over a single day, with knockout matches in a format defined by speed and intensity.

Unlike traditional rugby, Ultimate Sevens matches will be shorter and played at a much more dynamic pace, with ten-minute games in which every action can decide the result. The championship will feature men's and women's teams from each club, who will compete on equal terms and share the spotlight throughout the event.

The public will be able to enjoy a new way of experiencing this sport, with direct duels, new rules adapted to the spectacle and an atmosphere designed to bring rugby closer to all kinds of fans.
