16th Run for Multiple Sclerosis 2026

On 30 May, the 16th edition of the charity race «Run for Multiple Sclerosis» will take place in Madrid’s Casa de Campo park, coinciding with World Multiple Sclerosis Day.

The route begins and ends at Paseo de la Puerta del Ángel. Participants can choose between three distances: 10 km, 5 km or 2.3 km, in a non-competitive format. All funds raised will go to rehabilitation programmes for people with multiple sclerosis.

The race is conceived as an open urban event, in which sport is joined by support and awareness of a disease that is rarely discussed openly, although it affects thousands of people. For those who wish to support the initiative without taking part in the race, there is the «Bib No. 0» option: a charitable donation.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease of the nervous system that most often manifests between the ages of 20 and 40 and remains one of the leading causes of neurological disability in this age group. In Spain, around 55,000 people live with this disease.
