10th Correr Sin Glu10 Race 2026

A race will be held in Juan Carlos I Park to raise awareness of people with coeliac disease and gluten sensitivity.

About this event

On 20 June, the eighth edition of the «Correr Sin Glu10» race will take place in Juan Carlos I Park, a family sports event that combines running, hiking and children's races on the same course.

It is organised by the Asociación de Celíacos y Personas con Sensibilidad al Gluten. The race is conceived as an open urban event that combines sport and awareness of gluten-free living.

Various formats will be offered to participants. The main distances are 10 and 5 km on a course in the park, with the option of running one or two laps. A family distance of 2500 metres has also been planned, which can be completed at any pace, including a leisurely walk. Separate races of between 80 and 600 metres, depending on age, have been prepared for children.

Runners aged 16 and over can take part in the 10 km distance, and those aged 14 and over in the 5 km distance. The family format is open to everyone with no age restrictions.
