The festivities of San Sebastián de los Reyes

From 24 to 31 August, San Sebastián de los Reyes will celebrate its traditional festivities in honour of Santísimo Cristo de los Remedios, one of the most popular summer events in the Comunidad de Madrid. For eight days, the municipality will combine tradition, culture and leisure with a programme spread across streets and squares.

The famous bull runs, considered among the most important in Spain after those of Pamplona, will once again take centre stage, alongside popular activities, open-air dances, family shows and events organised in different parts of the city.

The celebrations will be spread between Parque de La Marina, Plaza de la Constitución and other open-air venues, which will host the festive programme from midday until night. As every year, the neighbourhood atmosphere, the peñas and streets full of local residents and visitors will make San Sebastián de los Reyes one of the main festive destinations at the end of August.

The programme will also include free concerts by national artists and musical performances, whose details will be announced separately.
