«MADTropikal» party
At Caleido, you can move from rum to whisky and mojito as easily as from one live-music stage to another: all brought together in a single day at MADTropikal.
About this event
On 20 June, Caleido changes its usual rhythm for one day: MADTropikal is held here, an urban event in which tastings, music and interactive zones combine in a single journey through different flavours and styles.
The space is divided into several «stops». At the Spain Rum & Gin Expo, premium rums and gins come together; at WhiskyLand, there is a selection of malt whiskies; and at the Mojito Garden, drinks become part of a live process: you can taste them and, at the same time, take part in choosing the best mojito.
Music plays right in this same area and changes throughout the day: from a Marc Anthony tribute to a programme of rock versions of Queen hits and a live Puerto Rican set.
Alquimia HUB operates as an independent block: a space hosting workshops and tastings related to drink culture and pairings.
