2025 Spring Race. Year of the Snake

With the arrival of the New Year, the Christmas festivities do not end. One of the most pleasant occasions to gather with loved ones is Lunar New Year or the Spring Festival. It is a traditional festival and the most important in the Chinese calendar.

Madrid will celebrate it in the 2025 Spring Race, on 9 February. China believes in different symbols, so Paseo de la Castellana will be painted in traditional Chinese red, which symbolises good luck. You can choose a route of 5, 8 or 16 kilometres. The route passes through Plaza de Colón, Plaza Castilla and near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
