Cachopo Fair in Madrid
Once again, a fair awaits us that will bring Asturian flavour to the capital.

From 12 September, Las Rozas will host a fair that will bring the flavour of the Asturian dish.
Although it may seem surprising, this dish has not existed for that long. Cachopo was created in the middle of the 20th century. It can be said that it has become a veteran of Spanish gastronomy. And now the fair will celebrate this event for the sixth time.
This fair will be more than a cachopo tasting. Fobadas, cheeses and rice pudding can also be tasted. The whole event will be enlivened with live music and there will be performances for children.
