Exhibition «Unamuno y la política. De la pluma a la palabra»

Biblioteca Nacional presents an exhibition that will bring us closer to the inner world of the most famous author of the Generation of ’98.

It includes more than 160 pieces that will tell us about his work and his secrets.

Everything begins when the author takes an interest in political life. He then publishes his first article, all before the outbreak of the Guerra Civil. The exhibition traces explosive historical events such as the Guerra de Cuba, the Gran Guerra and the Desastre de Anual. The exhibition brings together the writer’s thoughts. The exhibition includes text documents that were never published. The exhibition’s objects include letters, press articles, speeches and recordings of lectures.

This event was created to bring together the intellectual’s reflections throughout his life.
