“Softness and Colour of Myth” Exhibition

The exhibition “Softness and Colour of Myth” at the Central de Diseño de Matadero Madrid will be open until 15 October. It immerses visitors in the unique world of artist Tadeo Muleiro. His work is based on the intersection of the personal and the ancient, creating a unique “intimate mythology”.

Muleiro works with costumes, soft sculptures, textiles, videos and performances. The artist transforms Latin American archetypes, family memories and popular stories into a living conversation with comics, cinema and cosplay. His works build a bridge between past and present, between strength and vulnerability.

Some of the works on display show the evolution of Muleiro’s creativity, where personal stories mingle with the myths and social history of Latin America. Other works take his cosmogony to a symbolic level, exploring nature, memory and play.
