What remained in the frame after the great isolation? Galería Blanca Berlín invites us to relive that period through art that was born within walls, but speaks of freedom.

Until 31 July, Galería Blanca Berlín is hosting an unusual exhibition: the living memory of an era when we were trapped in our own homes. In 2020, during the lockdown, Blanca Berlín was commissioned by TVE to create a virtual exhibition about isolation and the spaces that became our universes.
Five years later, the project moves from the digital world to the real one. The works of renowned masters—Isabel Muñoz, Ramón Masaz, Luis González Palma, Cecilia Paredes, Manuel Álvarez Bravo and others—can now be seen offline. It is not merely an exhibition, but a visual diary of inner exile, where each frame is an attempt to understand how isolation gives birth to the freedom of the imagination.
