Exhibition «Sigmar Polke. Unveiled Affinities»

In recent years, the Museo del Prado has presented strands that have become a source of inspiration and influence in 20th-century art. One of them will be an exhibition devoted to Sigmar Polke, who became one of the most important post-war painters. Special attention will be paid to the German painter’s relationship with Goya.

The exhibition brings together objects, photographs, paintings, films and drawings in a heterogeneous ensemble that will reveal the relationship between the two artists, both in thematic terms and in terms of texture.
