The Instituto Cultural Polaco and the Círculo de Bellas Artes are organising a meeting with Polish journalist Witold Szabłowski, author of “Russia from the kitchen: knife, pot and fork to create an empire”. Through anecdotes and historical accounts, Szabłowski will reveal how food has been used as a powerful political tool in Russia. Alongside Spanish writer Rubén Amón, he will discuss the close relationship between gastronomy and power. A unique journey through history, politics and flavours. Join us for this experience!
