“No playlist, no chill” Sound Exhibition

Sometimes it seems that we abstract ourselves from music so much that we stop perceiving it. The exhibition “No playlist, no chill” brings together seven works by six different authors who offer a new look at music. Hernández, the exhibition’s curator, proposes interrupting passive listening to music by including the sounds that surround us everywhere.

The exhibition is a general critique of streaming systems. It addresses the musical aspects of atmosphere and auditory egocentrism.
