Exhibition ‘Jaume Plensa. Inner Matter’

The famous sculptor Jaume Planes visits the capital with a monograph bringing together around fifteen works.

The exhibition is an artistic-literary journey from 1990 to the present day. We can study the artist's ideas about the human condition, which are reflected in all his works. We will be able to see abstract and conceptual expressions in his early works and figurative representations in his latest creations. The exhibition will immerse us in themes of the human being, spirituality and fragility, silence, language and identity.

Among the works on display, we will be able to enjoy ‘Iris’, ‘Self-Portrait’, ‘Glückauf?’, ‘La Neige Rouge’, ‘Invisibles’ and ‘María’ — works that allow the artist to explore the concepts of identity, the human condition and communication.
