El Prado at Night

Museo del Prado once again offers free night visits. On the first Saturday of every month, the museum extends its opening hours and invites visitors to tour its rooms after sunset, without daytime rush or queues. The project is supported by the Community of Madrid and Samsung.

The programme combines art and technology: multimedia formats created in collaboration with Samsung, interactive projects and expanded access to the “Guía del Prado” application, which brings together hundreds of comments from curators. During the evening, the café and photocall will be open, and Radio 3 will broadcast live from the Jerónimos lobby a special programme dedicated to the museum.
