Immersive exhibition «El Greco, Velázquez, Goya: The Immortal Triad»

An immersive exhibition has opened at the Nomad Museo Inmersivo, where the history of Spanish painting will unfold through light, sound and digital projections. The museum space will function as a unified visual composition, where paintings are transformed into movement and changing scenes.

At the centre of the project are three artists, around whom the exhibition route is structured: El Greco, Diego Velázquez and Francisco Goya. Their works become the basis for the visual fragments that unfold around the viewer.

Each of them is represented through their own artistic language. El Greco is characterised by elongated figures and intense spirituality. Diego Velázquez stands out for his precise work with light and spatial depth. Francisco Goya evolves towards more personal and unsettling imagery in his final period.

High-resolution projections cover the walls and create an effect of continuous movement in the painting. The images change to the rhythm of the sound composition, and the viewer is immersed in a sequence of visual scenes, rather than facing individual canvases.

A separate section of the exhibition explains the historical background: the Spanish Siglo de Oro, cultural changes and the artistic resources of the time. These materials help connect the visual series with the context of the era.
