Exhibition “Cada vez que miras. Javier de Juan”

The artist Javier de Juan has arrived in Madrid with his important exhibition, in which he reflects on the city’s ecosystem and dense urban areas.

Cada vez que miras is a unique project that the artist has developed especially for Galería Conde Duque. In this work, the artist reflects on the ecosystem of dense, constantly moving urban areas. In his project, the city is a living organism that changes constantly and requires even more transformation. Architecture, interiors and their functions adapt rapidly to the values that shape future scenarios, making room for social and cultural diversity, as well as new habits and lifestyles. In this context, the artist uses a new technological language to explore the impact of digital technologies on this ecosystem.

In this new reality, inhabitants are reconstructed as avatars to burst into an intangible space. We have new problems that also reflect new ways of being and new challenges.
