Nativity scene of the Community of Madrid
An impressive nativity scene has been installed in central Madrid, telling the story of Christmas and everyday life in Nazareth and Bethlehem.

From 28 November to 6 January, the Real Casa de Correos de Madrid will host a large 132 m² nativity scene with more than 500 figures created by leading masters of nativity-scene art, including José Luis Mayo Lebrija, the Cerrada brothers, Montserrat Ribes and the Escuela Olotina.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a journey through scenes of everyday life in Nazareth and Bethlehem, followed by the key moments of the Gospel story. Special attention is paid to the Flight into Egypt: the harsh desert landscape contrasts with the hope of returning, creating a truly vivid sense of the story.
