Film Routes in Madrid

Madrid Film Office organises five film routes around Madrid, which can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays and are free. They offer a chance to discover the films and stars that have left their mark on the capital.

The routes include a walk through the streets, following the films and television series that have been shot there. All this will be accompanied by anecdotes and memories of great film stars. This year’s routes will include the films «Manolo», «Guardia urbano» (1956), «El pisito» (1959), «El fabuloso mundo del circo» (1964) and «El día de la bestia» (1995), in which important shots were filmed at monuments, buildings and spaces that form part of this cultural landscape declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
