Advent calendar workshop

In 19th-century Germany, Protestant families used to hang pictures on walls and mark chalk lines on doors for children to erase one by one and count the days until Christmas. Today, this tradition will be renewed in the workshop, where each child will create their own calendar from natural and durable materials such as wood, felt or wool. The children will have the help of workshop masters, who will also tell them stories about the origin and meaning of this lovely custom.
