Workshop ‘Academia Espacial’

An exciting space adventure awaits them at Planetario de Madrid. In the Academia Espacial workshop, participants will learn how rockets work, what telescopes and artificial satellites are for, and discover life on the Estación Espacial Internacional and ways of observing it from Earth.

Children will be able to build their own rocket, devise a mission for it and launch the probe from a simulated launch platform. All tasks are carried out playfully, developing teamwork, observation skills and curiosity about science.
