Andrea Jiménez directs Victoria Spoonberg's play, which explores trauma, memory and family relationships. «Vulcano» will run until 13 April at Teatro Valle-Inclán.
The story is about a family who survive a fire, the causes of which remain unknown. The arrival of a documentary filmmaker, determined to tell their story, brings about a change in their relationship. The minimalist production raises questions about the role of witnesses and narrators of their own stories, as well as the complexity of human relationships.
