The famous choreographer Jo Strømgren presents his take on Buster Keaton in Spain to create the Ministry of Unresolved Feelings. Thousands of people will be able to lead a normal life thanks to revolutionary therapies. Despite its limited resources, the Ministry has an important mission. Specialists work with clients and help them solve their problems. Piles of papers in the inbox grow ever larger, but a surprisingly large number of applicants have their cases reviewed. The voice of an announcer conveys patients’ case histories, and an official replies, dryly and bureaucratically, to the rhythm of Jacques Brel or opera arias.
