The Book of the Mormon has arrived in Madrid to win over audiences from the very first minutes and make them laugh until they cry. If you have doubts about the humour in this show, remember that one of its creators is Trailer Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park.
The musical’s protagonists, Elders Price and Cunningham, have the mission of bringing the Mormon faith to a remote village in Uganda. The intrepid missionaries were not intimidated by the poor conditions, hunger, poverty and AIDS.
