Plaza de Matadero is transformed into a world of mechanical wonders with the Teatro de Autómatas, a surprising orchestra of automata that brings fantastic scenes to life directly on ten miniature stages. The mechanical figures reproduce everyday scenes, circus and cabaret acts, creating a visual narrative that fascinates and impresses through its precision.

This fairground tent is a true jewel of Madrid’s cultural heritage. Created in the 1940s and recently restored, it recovers its former splendour while preserving a unique combination of art, craftsmanship and memory of the past.
