Show ‘The Two Gentlemen of Verona’
A story of friendship, love and betrayal in which the characters face trials that can destroy their relationship and then lead to forgiveness.

Director Declan Donnellan presents an adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s earliest plays at Teatro de la Comedia until 1 June. It is the story of two friends from Verona, Valentina and Proteo, whose lives are changed by love, betrayal and forgiveness. Proteo betrays his female friend for another woman, while Julia, disguised as a man, tries to save their relationship.
As part of the performances on 10 and 11 May, there will be a Touch Tour – a tour of the stage, during which the audience will be able to see the sets and costumes.
