Fifty years later, the songs of Nino Bravo will be heard on stage again, but in an unexpected format.

This summer, Teatro Amaya will present the musical show «LIBRE», in which some of the Spanish singer’s greatest hits will be reinterpreted without using any musical instruments.
From 24 July to 16 August, the vocal group Melomans will trace the life of Nino Bravo through theatre, humour and modern a cappella arrangements. Instead of the classic biographical musical, the audience will discover a dynamic staging in which more than sixty songs by the artist come to new life thanks to vocal harmonies, sound effects and live performance.
The show’s creators do not aim to imitate the singer, but to offer a new way of discovering his music and telling the story of the man who was hidden behind the myth. The production has already brought together tens of thousands of spectators across Spain and has the support of Nino Bravo’s family.
