Until 19 April, the work by Mariano Tenconi Blanco is being premiered at the Sala Verde of Teatros del Canal as part of the Canal Hispanidad season. Two friends, Aurora and Blanca, go through everyday life — work, love, loss and routine — showing that the surprising fullness of life is hidden in simple events.
Aurora moves to another city, starts a family and writes poetry; Blanca loses her mother, suffers romantic disappointments and also writes. The work draws a subtle parallel between the origin of life and human everyday experience, underlining that every story is a small miracle.
Humour, intimacy and the voice of Alicia Borrachero bring special depth to the work, and Madrid audiences discover a sincere and moving story, awarded first prize in the Concurso Nacional de Teatro de Buenos Aires.
