A unique play is being performed in Madrid, a monologue about a woman who has lost everything except the ability to tell the truth, with Anabel Alonso in the leading role.

A must-see play premieres at Teatro Infanta Isabel. Until 2 November, audiences will be able to enjoy the monologue “Muriel”, a powerful stage confession about female loss, loneliness and awakening.
The leading role is played by the charismatic Anabel Alonso, known for the series “7 vidas” and “Los ladrones van a la oficina”. Her character, left alone in the flat amid the sounds of the night and the neighbours’ shouts, suffers a catastrophe: the loss of her husband, her love, herself.
Directed by the Argentine Heidi Steinhardt, the play becomes a painfully honest reflection on what happens when a woman who has lived her entire life for others is left alone with herself.
