On 24 and 25 May; 20, 21, 27 and 28 September; and 4, 5, 11 and 12 October, one of the most beloved characters in children’s literature, the endearing chicken Pepe, will come to life on the stage of the EDP Gran Vía theatre in Madrid.
The musical El Pollo Pepe, based on the world-famous British book, promises to be a real event for the whole family. Together with his friends—the little pig Clea, the frog Ramona and the dog López- Pepe—he will embark on a fabulous journey to find his mum.
Life-sized puppets, colourful scenery and an atmosphere of total immersion make the performance exciting and moving. It is a story not only for children, but also for adults willing to believe in miracles again.
