“Grito, Boda y Sangre” show

Until 1 March, Teatro María Guerrero hosts this poetic work directed by Ángela Ibáñez Castaño. The play tells of two deaf teenagers left on their own while their friends watch a conventional performance. They begin to improvise with Lorca’s texts, and the game becomes a poetic journey in which desires, losses and the strength of youth emerge.

The staging uses visual language, masks, marionettes, gesture-based dance and live music, creating an experience accessible to both hearing and deaf audiences, in which each spectator perceives emotions through their own codes.

On 10 February, a meeting with the team of artists will take place, where the audience can discuss the work and its creative process.
