Musical “El cabaret de los hombres perdidos”

The new version, adapted and directed by Israel Reyes, will feature a cast led by Armando Pita, Leo Rivera, Cayetano Fernández and Supremme de Luxe. The story follows a young man who, fleeing a dark past, finds refuge in a cabaret where enigmatic characters, including Destiny, a tattoo artist and Lullaby, invite you to embark on an emotional journey full of desire, doubts and identity. Each scene becomes a mirror in which the audience recognises itself and questions itself.

Awarded the Premio Molière in France and the Premio Hugo in Argentina, this production has triumphed on stages across Europe and already made its mark in Madrid in 2015 with a sweeping run at the Teatros del Canal. It now returns renewed and more contemporary than ever, addressing themes such as social hypocrisy, contemporary dystopia and the need for redemption.

Its premiere also marks a new stage for the Teatro Maravillas, managed by Smedia, which reinforces its role as a key venue on Madrid’s theatre scene by backing daring, fresh shows with a strong connection to the public.
