“Ruta de la Croqueta de Sánchez Romero Carvajal” festival

The Iberian ham croquette trail returns to Madrid for the fourth time: until 6 July, the city combines gastronomy with visits to emblematic restaurants. This year, prominent establishments in the capital are once again joining the project, and one of the new additions is Salino, the restaurant awarded the prize for the best Iberian ham croquette at Madrid Fusión 2026.

The project was created by the Sánchez Romero Carvajal brand and forms part of the early summer gastronomic calendar and World Tapas Day. The menu features not only croquettes, but also signature tapas with Iberian ham, offered by dozens of restaurants across the city.
