Do you like hearty winter dishes? Stew, fabada, risotto, cheek and other dishes will once again be a good reason to warm up and enjoy the flavours of the region.

Until 9 February, Galapagar once again becomes the gastronomic capital of traditional cooking. Twenty-three restaurants will take part in the 2nd Galapagar Spoon Route, offering hearty, flavoursome dishes for just €4.50.
The menu includes classic and signature recipes: Asturian fabada, Madrid-style stew, ribs with potatoes, mushroom risotto, beef cheek, poached squid and much more. The dishes are served at lunchtime and in the evening, and can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the terrace.
The perfect excuse to warm up in winter and discover the region’s delicious traditions.
