Surprising dragons arrive in a town in the Madrid region.

From 2 August, fabulous dragons will appear in Robledo de Chavela for the sixth edition of the festival devoted entirely to them.
The festival began in 2010. That year, during renovation work on the vault of Iglesia de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora, 76 Gothic paintings with fantastic dragons were unexpectedly discovered. In 2021, it received cultural-heritage status, and guided visits to the church became one of the main events in the festival programme.
