Dim Sum Festival
For the second time, more than ten Madrid restaurants will present their versions of a typical dish from southern China as part of a gastronomic festival.
About this event
The second edition of the Dim Sum Gastronomic Festival is already under way and will run until 28 July. Madrid residents can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine at more than ten restaurants, with the support of Tsingtao Beer and Sankou Asian Food. The special menus include xiaolongbao, dumplings, gyozas, hotong and spring rolls, as well as unique dishes such as lacquered duck spring rolls, fried hotpot and hakao with prawns and ginger. Prices range from 28 to 70 euros. Participating restaurants include diverse and delicious options for every taste.
