Women's Race

On 10 May, thousands of women will once again take to the streets of Madrid. The Central Lechera Asturiana Women's Race returns to the capital. It is one of Europe's largest women's sporting events, combining sport, healthcare and social responsibility.

The race offers an opportunity not only to cover the distance, but also to learn about cancer prevention, support fundraising for research and take part in activities against gender violence and social inequality. Participants of all ages come together here in an atmosphere of support, solidarity and inspiration.

As is traditional, the start will take place on the Castellana avenue, between Nuevos Ministerios and San Juan de la Cruz square, and the finish line will be on the Camoens promenade, in Parque del Oeste. Along the route, participants will find entertainment areas, volunteers, music and a striking visual setting that will create a festive atmosphere
