«vivo Back to Bands» music competition
Finding a new voice for the Spanish scene is the aim of the vivo Back to Bands competition, which brings together the country’s best young bands on the stage of UMusic Teatro Albéniz.

UMusic Teatro Albéniz hosts the vivo Back to Bands music competition, organised by Universal Music Spain with the support of vivo, Santander SMUSIC and GTS. Until 26 May, 27 of the best bands from across Spain compete for the main prize: releasing their own EP on the Universal Music label.
Every Monday, gala concerts are held in which the finalists are selected from the three participating bands. The semi-finals and the grand final will decide the winner: a band backed by one of the world’s largest music labels.
The programme is presented by the duo Vaya Vaina and the jury includes key figures from the industry such as Armand Martin, Javier Montero, Alejo Stivel and Manuel Martos.
