Teatro del Barrio Dance Nights

Every Friday, the Teatro del Barrio stage becomes Madrid’s new dance floor, with live music and free entry! It is not a club or a disco, but a welcoming place to immerse yourself in the rhythms of jazz, swing, rock and Caribbean music.

There is a new programme each week. On 14 March, Bamiya will perform, reviving the traditions of Cuban folk music. On 21 March and 11 April, The Jazz on Five will take over, playing jazz, blues and even a little techno. On 28 March, The Good Men Swingtet will transport the audience to the golden age of swing, paying tribute to Benny Goodman and his era. And on 25 April, Los Malditos Mojarras will set the audience ablaze with 1960s and 1970s soul and R&B hits.
