On 23 May, Teatros del Canal will be transformed into a stage for political intrigue with the performance «Miles Gloriosus», where ancient Roman satire meets the spirit of modernity.
Pyrgopolinis is the new “hero” and self-proclaimed regent of the city for the next four years. No one understands how he came to power, much less how to remove him. Palestrion, an undercover spy, and Periplectomenon, the charismatic leader of the opposition, come to the rescue. Their aim is to obtain the dirty secrets hidden among the secret documents. In this dangerous game, they have the help of Filocomasia, who literally disappears through the walls to pass on the information without being discovered.
