Maria Somerville, one of the most evocative voices on the new European scene, comes to Madrid to present her latest work, Luster. The appointment will be on Wednesday 29 October 2025 at sala Nazca, as part of the Primavera Tours programme, which brings the spirit of the Primavera Sound festival to venues throughout the year.
Born in the Connemara region, in western Ireland, Somerville carries the misty essence of her homeland in her compositions, fusing folk and dream-pop in songs that recall influences such as Cocteau Twins, Mazzy Star and Beach House. After appearing at international festivals, she now arrives in the Spanish capital with a live show that promises to immerse the audience in hypnotic and melodic soundscapes.
