«Flamenco Real» concert series
In spring, Teatro Real resounds with flamenco. Dance and music fill the hall; every sound and movement can be perceived in full detail.
About this event
This spring, Teatro Real de Madrid invites you to a series of «Flamenco Real» evenings. From 15 to 17 April, Mónica Iglesias and Luis Mariano will share the stage. Dance, voice and guitar intertwine in an uninterrupted rhythm, where every pause and every movement create their own atmosphere and musical texture.
From 20 to 22 May, El Junco and Caracolillo de Cádiz will perform at the theatre. Their La Perla de Cádiz programme combines traditional and contemporary flamenco, where guitar, voice and dance converse with each other and with the audience.
At the end of June, from 24 to 26, the stage will welcome Alba Heredia and Ricardo Fernández del Moral as part of the Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas. Their performances combine each artist’s individual style with the richness of the musical heritage, creating deep and intense sensations.
Every night, Flamenco Real is structured around music, voice and movement, allowing the audience to feel the nuances of the performance, the rhythm and the character of each dance.
