Free concert «En Sol y sin playa, 40 años, vaya, vaya»
In the height of Madrid summer, Puerta del Sol will be transformed for one night into an open-air stage, where golden hits from the past and the voices of a new generation will be performed, in honour of the 40th anniversary of the iconic Real Casa de Correos building.
About this event
On 13 June, in the heart of Madrid, an open-air musical evening will take place at Puerta del Sol with the free concert «En Sol y sin playa, 40 años, vaya, vaya», celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Real Casa de Correos building as the seat of the regional government.
Stars from past decades and young performers will take to the stage: Jeanette, Sole Jiménez, Conchita, Keralt Lajos, Alice Wonder, Chloe Bird, Ede, Paul Alon and others. At the end of the evening, all the artists will join together in a joint performance.
The event poster was created by artist José Manuel Esteban, and captures the spirit of Madrid: vibrant, musical and timeless.
