Ela Minus, the Colombian musician who came up with the idea of “Tiny Dance” on SoundCloud as a joke, has turned this label into a genuine musical subgenre. On her second album, DIA, she once again makes room for her delicate electronic sounds, which are like specks of fluff dancing in the air. These atmospheric sounds, created alongside her creative companions Marta Salogni and Heba Kadri, are unique and intimate synth-pop.
