The night of 23 October promises to be extraordinary: Teatro Barceló will host the voice of the British post-punk scene, the band Dry Cleaning. Like a stream of consciousness, Florence Shaw’s voice makes its way through the noise of guitars in a distinctly British manner that is scathing, ironic and strangely reassuring. It is music for those who are not looking for choruses, but for feelings: rhythm, lyrics, emotion between the lines.
